Macaroni and Cheese

2 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. uncooked macaroni (I used about 2
to 2 1/2 for ours, it just varies and
depends on the amount to feed)

1/4 lb. sharp cheese
1/4 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Bring water and 1 teaspoon salt to boil;
add macaroni and cook until tender (8 min.)
Drain and let cool. Put a layer of macaroni
in a cooking dish and cover with a layer of
cheese. Repeat. Dip melted butter over the
macaroni. Combine eggs, milk, and 1/2 teaspoon
of salt. Pour over macaroni and bake at 350*
for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
