STRAWBERRY GELATIN SALAD
1 small package strawberry jello
1 Cup cool whip
1 small package cream cheese (4 oz.)
grounded pecans
1 Cup water
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/4 Cup sugar
Combine water, pineapple, sugar and bring to a boil. Add
strawberry jello. Let stand until thickened but not firm.
Fold in cool whip, * cream cheese and pecans. Congeal in
refrigerator.
* whip cream cheese first with a little milk with a fork.
