Mother's Pasta Salad
(Mother)

2/3 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp red wine vinegar

1/4 cup fresh chopped basil
2 Tbsp chopped green onion
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

12 oz rotelle pasta - freshly cooked and drained
1 each small red, green, and yellow bell pepper
1 medium tomato cut in thin wedges (optional)
If desired, use mushrooms, brocolli, etc
1/4 cup black olives (pitted)
8 oz feta or mozzarella cheese cubed
1/4 tsp dried oregano
