Italian Salad
(Aunt Bertie)

One head romaine lettuce
6 stalks of celery,
cut in small pieces
1/2 pkg. bean sprouts
3 or 4 small zucchini squash,
sliced thin (do not peal)
4 green onions,sliced across
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted

Dressing:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of curry powder,
a little less if desired
1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
