Cheese Grits (Gina) 1 cup uncooked grits 1/2 cup margarine, melted 1 (6oz) roll garlic cheese 2 eggs 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese milk

| Cook grits according to directions on package. Add margarine and garlic cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Beat eggs in measuring cup. Add enough milk to equal 1 cup of liquid. Add milk and cheese mixture to grits. Pour into greased 2-qt. casserole dish. Bake @350 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts. |
