Cheese Grits

1 cup uncooked grits
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 (6oz) roll garlic cheese
2 eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
milk

Cook grits according to directions on package. Add margarine and garlic cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Beat eggs in measuring cup. Add enough milk to equal 1 cup of liquid. Add milk and cheese mixture to grits. Pour into greased 2-qt. casserole dish. Bake @350 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts.
