Peggy's Chicken (Peggy Naughton) 1 skinless chicken breast per person 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup about 1/4 cup milk cooked rice or egg noodles salt pepper spice seasoning (Mrs. Dash is what I usually use) |

Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Mrs. Dash and broil
on each side for about 5 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
While the chicken is broiling, mix together cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup. Add about 1/4 cup of milk, enough to give a desired consistency you want is reached). Cook this on low heat. When the soup has loosened up a bit and the chicken is done, cut the chicken into squares and dump into the soup mixture. Season to taste and serve over rice or egg noodles with a vegetable. |
