Mother's Roast Beef Casserole

1 can Roast Beef
6-8 Potatoes
1 Egg
Chopped Onion
Flour
Baking Powder

Make mashed potatoes. Add egg, chopped onion and whip potatoes until fluffy. Add 1/2 tsp. baking soda to whipped potato. Place potato mixture in lightly buttered casserole dish and make a deep nest in middle.

In a skillet, brown flour and make gravy using juice from can of roast beef for part of water. Add chopped onion to gravy and cook just a little. Add can of roast beef and heat. Pour this mixture into nest of potatoes. Place in oven and bake until bubbly at 350 degrees.
